About

The International Arbitration Observer is an independent publication on international arbitration.

It considers cases, awards, judgments and developments that offer a particular insight into the practice and evolution of international arbitration — with a focus on commercial disputes, enforcement and the intersections between arbitration, public international law and international business.

The Observer is less concerned with following every development than with identifying those that merit closer attention, and examining what they reveal about the field.
